Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible. If you need to cancel your booking, our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellation made more than 90 days prior to the retreat start date: 70% refund of the total retreat cost.
• Cancellation made between 61 and 90 days prior to the retreat start date: 50% refund of the total retreat cost.
• Cancellation made 30 days or less prior to the retreat start date: Unfortunately, no refund can be given.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

Please note that we are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur as a result of your cancellation, such as travel arrangements or insurance.

We strongly recommend that all participants take out comprehensive travel insurance that includes cover for cancellation.
