All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

Please note that we are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur as a result of your cancellation, such as travel arrangements or insurance.

We strongly recommend that all participants take out comprehensive travel insurance that includes cover for cancellation.
