Led by experienced facilitators, together we will explore the difficulty of setting healthy boundaries, people pleasing, an understanding of codependency and other self-defeating patterns of behaviour. Our goal is not to “fix or label” but rather start the journey towards an understanding of who we are and why we do what we do, because with this knowledge and self-awareness, we can find our choices with kindness and care.

Each day at the retreat is designed to foster self-discovery and emotional renewal while allowing you the flexibility to tailor your experience.

A Typical Day - Flexible Timings!

Morning

Our morning may begin with gentle somatic yoga or a mindfulness meditation practice, followed by a nourishing breakfast, to set a positive tone for the day.

After which, we will engage in psycho-educational sessions that will help us gain insight into our own relational patterns.  We will explore how we respond, communicate and handle conflict so that we can look towards a better understanding of ourselves, our emotional growth and our self-awareness.

Lunch

Following a light lunch we will have an opportunity to explore our thoughts around the importance of self-care and what that might look like for us as individuals, such as journaling, art therapy, nature walks etc, which are an essential consideration for us to provide space for self expression.

 

Evening

With our location on the peninsula, Turkey offers us the most spectacular sunsets providing a serene space for reflection, connection and relaxation – this is the time to choose you.
